Our stylish space gives you an immediate sense of comfort & allows you to recharge with all the blue hues balancing the original charm. The kitchen & bathroom have been fully renovated to give you plenty of space for a freshly cooked breakfast or a nice shower after a river walk. The neighborhood at the bottom of the hill offers plenty of coffee, restaurants & shopping too! Interested in a longer stay, message us! The space We've fully renovated and brought back to original charm this nearly 1,000 sq. foot apartment! This upstairs unit is across from another and is 1 of 3 in the building. Just minutes from several things including the Village of East Davenport, restaurants, coffee shops and walking pathways along the river. If you're in town for a local sporting event or concert, this place gives you a chance to unwind with safety in mind. We have keyless entry and security system all set up and made sure the kitchen and bathroom are everything you want when you're away from home. Both have been fully renovated and lightened up with grey colors and blue hues to help you relax when you need it most! The original floors are still in tact and give it the extra charm that you want with a 100 year old building. The wifi is the best you can get and isn't shared with any other units, so you should have zero disruption in service for all your devices. The queen bed is comfortable and ready to help you catch up on some much needed sleep if that's what you need. The small walk in closet has plenty of hanging room and the full sized dresser has additional storage in case you're staying for a few extra days and want to unpack! The decor and colors are there to help you sink into a great night of sleep and wake up with plenty of natural light. We do have a community laundry area in the basement and the washer and dryer are brand new. Airbnb guests will have a code if you'd like to use it so please let us know! The backyard is large enough for any guests who have pets and want to let them run around and is close to the trash cans for dog waste. This unit is typically listed for midterm rentals so if a lease expires mid month, we usually list it as a short term option. If you're interested in a stay longer than 30 days, we'd be happy to work with you so message us! Guest access As a guest, you have access to the back yard if you'd like. We do not have grills back there but it's perfect for your pets if they'd like to run around after a car ride! The basement has its own entrance and is where we keep the washer and dryer so let us know if you'd like to use those amenities during your stay! Other things to note The unit across the hall has a full time resident so please be mindful of noise. We also do use this apartment when we have family in town so please treat this area like your home. If there is something missing, please let us know, we'd love to accommodate as many requests as possible but understand that not all things can be done too. This includes toys for littles, our one year old has left plenty of toys that your children are welcome to use! We do have portable A/C units in each apartment. Please make sure that you turn it off before you leave the unit upon check out.
