Whether you’re looking to kayak, fish, jet ski, go boating or simply relax with a book by the river, this home offers it all! Less than a mile up the road is a boat launch and our private dock offers easy access if you are staying a few days and want to leave your watercraft in the water during your stay. We also provide kayaks upon request! The space Highlights: • Breathtaking River Views: Wake up to the gentle sounds of the river and enjoy your morning coffee from the private deck overlooking the water. • Spacious Layout: Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three cozy bedrooms, a sofa bed and air mattress, with two full bathrooms. All three bedrooms have queen beds. We provide bath towels and beach towels. Please note there is an additional fee for parties over 6. • Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in a modern kitchen with all the essentials. The huge kitchen island could also be used as a workspace if you’re on a pay-cation and need to get some work done! • Outdoor Oasis: Grill out, fish off the private dock, kayak, or relax on the screened in patio and watch the sun set. We provide 2 kayaks and paddles upon request as well as life vests. • Modern Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, central heating & air. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house as well as the neighborhood boat launch less than a mile up the road. Other things to note Less than a mile up the road is a boat launch and our private dock offers easy access if you are staying a few days and want to leave your watercraft in the water during your stay. We also provide kayaks upon request! Fred's On the River, a local restaurant and bar, is only a 10 minute boat ride up the river and usually has live music! They have great food, drinks and music! Also, if you don't mind venturing out a little further, the Diversion Canal is only a 20 minute boat ride up river. It's a great ride for site seeing and fishing! We also have beaches near by down river or up river. Dealers choice!
