This NEW BUILD lower level walkout, studio-style retreat with private keyed entrance is packed with extras: red & infrared light therapy, vibroacoustic therapy, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, facials, and more—on-site for a charge. Enjoy a comfy queen bed + two twin roll-outs, wellness room, spa-like bathroom, peaceful living space, and a kitchenette perfect for simple meals and morning coffee. The space Welcome to this brand-new lower level walk-out Airbnb—your private wellness retreat in Ankeny! With a separate entrance and street parking in the back of the house, it’s designed for ease, comfort, and total relaxation. You are renting the walk-out lower level, someone lives on the upper level, and while quiet as much as possible, you may hear occasional sound from the upstairs. There is also a pet (cat) that lives upstairs. For an elevated experience, optional wellness services are available for an additional charge and include: • Red/Infrared Light Therapy Bed • Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy Table • PEMF Cellular Recharge • Advanced Custom Massage • Craniosacral Therapy • Myofascial Release • Vacuum Lymphatic Drainage • Facials • Hot Yoga Dome Guest access Guest have access to the lower level walk-out through a private entrance around the back of the house. Street parking is on the street behind the house. There is a lit landscaped pathway going in May 2025. Currently guests will walk from their street parking through the backyard to the private back slider entrance, where they will find a lockbox with a key to unlock/lock the sliding door.
