Guests have access to their private room & Common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms,and washer and dryer in the basement. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a serene atmosphere for all residents in the house. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the balcony. An additional cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated. Registered Guests Only: For safety and security, only the guests included in the booking are permitted to stay in the house. No visitors or unregistered individuals are allowed. Please respect shared spaces such as laundry facilities. Avoid loud noises and be mindful of neighbors at all times. No smoking: This is a smoke-free unit. A $1,000 fee will apply if any smoking occurs in the house. Policy violations: Please note that any violation of the property rules will result in immediate termination of your stay and a requirement to vacate the premises without refund.
