Nansea's Studio: Walk 2 Magic's & Kahalu'u Beaches

Large nicely furnished studio with covered lanai and private outdoor shower. Walking distance to Magic (White) Sands and Kahaluú Beaches. Ocean breezes flow through all day. Private entrance. Fenced. Dedicated parking. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to ocean fun, shopping, entertainment. Fabulous sunset views. Located a short drive to one of the best facilities on the island for Pickleball and tennis: 20 courts with 8 lighted courts, punch cards, open play and lessons. The space Enter through gate. Large shaded lanai with dining table and lounge seating overlook lush private back yard. Studio has king bed, XL twin / daybed, large closet and dresser, comfy chairs, food prep area with full size refrigerator and bar eating area, desk, bathroom with shower and last but not least a large private outdoor shower surrounded by lush vegetation and decorated with fused glass tiles and concrete paver stepping stones. Guest access Dedicated parking. Enter through private gate into fenced rear yard with mature tropical vegetation. Other things to note Perfection. Everything about this place was perfection. The bed was comfortable and large, the decor was wonderful, the food prep area was well stocked, the bathroom was lovely (though we opted for the outdoor shower every time), the location was perfect, the lanai was comfortable and gorgeous. Sleeping: We slept with the doors and windows opened and were serenaded to sleep with a gentle breeze. Very quiet neighborhood. The bed was extremely comfortable. Two bedside tables with ample plug ins to charge all your device were provided as well as bedside lamps. We also kept the ceiling fan on and Nancy provided an additional floor fan if needed (we didn't need it). Food prep area:: well stocked with plates, cups, knives, etc and Nancy also provided a blender, coffee pot, coffee grinder and a full-size fridge. There is also a propane grill outside on the lanai. Shower: The outdoor shower was incredible. At first, I was a little apprehensive, but showering to the sound of birds and the beautiful blue sky - I was so sold, I am now trying to convince my husband to build me one in our Alaskan backyard! The outdoor shower provided ample hot water. The indoor bathroom was quite roomy and came with a hair dryer and plenty of excellent towels. Lanai: Covered, spacious and comfy. Exquisite lounging chair and an outdoor dining space. Perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy your meals. "Entertainment" - there is a large wifi connected TV with Netflix and access to Amazon Prime and Hulu Apps and cable. We only watched TV for an hour during our whole stay, but it was nice that it was there. The couch (which doubles as a extra bed if needed) was EXTREMELY comfortable. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to. Location: This location was PERFECT. 5 minute drive to the local supermarket/shopping center which was well stocked with everything you could want and more. 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute drive to a world class snorkel site and snorkel rental. We encountered zero traffic during any of our local jaunts. 15 minutes to Kailua shopping/beach area (where there is plenty of traffic) - but also lots of shopping, delicious Indian food, and a decently sized farmer's market. 22 minute drive (with no traffic) to the airport. Wonderful experience, and I will definitely be renting from them again for all future Big Island vacations! Thank you so much Nancy!
