Spend your days boating the scenic Blood, Tickfaw, and Natalbany Rivers, stopping at popular waterfront bars, or fishing right from the deck. Head out to the lake, anchor at the sandbar with friends, and end the day with a breathtaking sunset before unwinding back at the house. The space This elevated home features an open floor plan filled with bright colors and abundant windows, offering beautiful views of the canal and river. The décor is a thoughtfully curated blend of new, unique, and antique pieces that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Upstairs, you’ll find: • Two bedrooms and one full bathroom • One bedroom with a queen-size bed and French doors leading into the sunroom • One bedroom with two full-size beds • Both bedrooms include ample closet/dresser space and smart TVs • A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination Downstairs, there is an additional bathroom with an open shower (no tub). Please note: the home is elevated, and guests must be able to climb stairs to access the main living areas. Outdoor living: The covered patio below is spacious and perfect for gathering. It includes: • A large sink with prep area • Grilling station • Two large bar areas with seating • Tables and chairs for dining or relaxing Two large swings face each other, making it an ideal spot for conversation and relaxation. There’s also a deck where you can sit back, enjoy a drink, soak up the sun, or try your luck at fishing. The property includes a double boat slip; however, only one 34-foot covered slip is included with the rental. Our personal boat occupies the other slip and is not part of the rental agreement. Additional notes: The home is part of an ongoing remodel, with a few small projects still in progress. These do not affect the functionality, comfort, or beauty of the home. We stay here often ourselves and find it to be very comfortable and enjoyable. Guest access Guest access: You will receive a door code on the day of check-in for easy self-entry. Other things to note This waterfront property is subject to occasional road flooding. The house itself does not flood. Depending on water levels and your vehicle type, access is often still possible. If water levels become too high to safely access the property, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
