Relax with the whole family at the "Blue Heron", a BRAND NEW (built July 2024) 4 bedroom (sleeps 12) home in a quiet neighborhood. Float in the salt water pool, have lemonade on the front porch, barbeque on the deck! 10 minute drive to Ocean City beaches, 5 minute drive to all the great restaurants, Saturday morning farmers market, outdoor concerts and beach in Somers point. The marina is a short walk and great place to sit and watch the sun set. The space Towels and Bedlinens provided Soap, shampoo & conditioner Hair dryers in each bathroom TV's in Both Primary Bedrooms, downstairs queen and bunk room Spices provided Basic condiments provided Filtered water Guest access All areas accept owners storage area on lower level next to garage. Other things to note Check in 2 pm, Check out 10 am This is a quiet residential neighborhood - no loud music or loud noise. Outdoor music permitted but must be turned down by 9:00 pm. No pets allowed No large gatherings outside of those staying in the house. Parking for two cars in the driveway, 2 cars in front of the house. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes.
