The space Hummingbird Haven is a thoughtfully designed 3,100-square-foot home built for comfort, creativity, and connection—offering generous space to gather, spread out, or simply unwind. Inside, you’ll find: • Four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite full bathroom and stocked with toiletries for your convenience. • Two inviting living rooms, one with a beautiful stone gas fireplace, both equipped with smart TVs, a DVD player with a wide movie selection, a variety of games, and snacks like popcorn and chocolates for cozy evenings in. • A third, cozier lounge area next to the kitchen with yoga equipment, and a piano nearby —ideal for quiet mornings, mindful movement, or music. • An open-concept kitchen and dining room, perfect for cooking, connecting, and lingering over shared meals. • A fully stocked kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, waffle maker, panini press, blender, toaster, convection oven, microwave, and more—everything you need to cook with ease. • Three coffee makers—French press, drip, and Keurig—plus a generous coffee and tea station to keep you caffeinated and content. • A private home office, equipped with high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and space for two to work comfortably. • A generous welcome basket, snacks in the pantry, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay feel effortless and personal. Outdoors, enjoy: • A spacious back deck, wrapped in solar string lights and hop vines i in the summer, with seating for eight and a large propane grill (grill tools included in kitchen). • A cozy fire feature, complete with all the essentials for starlit evenings including starter sticks, kindling, and firewood and smores ingredients. • Lush perennial gardens, alive with hummingbirds, monarch butterflies, and friendly pollinators in the spring and summer. • A peaceful front porch with rocking chairs, solar lights, and hummingbird feeders(summer). Perfect for morning coffee or evening reflection. • The house is located on Lake Ashmere, which offers fishing and kayaking from an entry point off the main road, just a couple of minutes’ drive away. Two kayaks are available in the garage and can be transported using a roof rack or truck. Straps, paddles, and life jackets are provided. For beach access, there is another lake just down the road with a pavilion that is perfect for lounging, swimming, and picnics. Beach chairs, a picnic cooler bag, towels, and sunscreen are also provided at the house.
