The Historic Barr House, located 2 blocks from the Mississippi River, is a great location. The home was built in the 1800s and has been recently renovated, but retains its charm. Other things to note Please note: Long-term tenants live in a separate unit above the rental. They have their own private entrance and do not share any indoor spaces with guests, but you may occasionally hear footsteps or everyday activity. A train runs through the area — it adds to the charm, but you might hear it now and then, especially at night. We’ve included a white noise machine to help you sleep soundly. Note: During certain seasons, you may notice a few Asian lady beetles (harmless insects) inside. This is a common issue in the area and unfortunately beyond our control. Thanks for your understanding!
