Around the corner from regionally famous Conte's Pizza (featured on Dave Portnoy’s “One Bite” pizza review), and a 5min walk to tasty restaurants such as The Meeting House, Delizioso Bakery, and The Local Greek. Downtown Princeton has many excellent dining options--we're happy to recommend some! Minutes away from beautiful Billie Johnson Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve for peaceful nature walks. **COZY AND COMFORTABLE HOUSE w/ RELAXING BACKYARD & FIRE PIT** Thoughtfully decorated living room with Roku-enabled TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, and more. A variety of board games such as Codenames, Pictionary, Yahtzee, Cribbage, Chess, etc. Open layout kitchen/dining room. Handcrafted solid cherry wood dining table that can seat 8-10 people. Kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. Fully stocked for cooking and perfect for sharing meals. Half-bath on the first floor, just off the kitchen. Second floor has 4 cheerful and comfortable bedrooms (1 queen, 2 full, 1 twin). Full bath with modern shower fixture. Towels available for guest use. Finished basement with children’s playroom, couch, full size futon, laundry room. If the futon is needed as an extra bed, let us know in advance and we can set it up for you. Beautifully landscaped backyard with cedar deck and chairs, charcoal grill for BBQ, fire pit and firewood, and enchanting children’s hobbit house. Deck is perfect for morning coffee or unwinding as the sun sets. On cooler nights, the fire pit is a must! We're local to Princeton and are here to answer any questions or provide any recommendations! Guest access Whole house with front and back yard. One room in basement will be locked off. Other things to note • No parties or events allowed. • No pets allowed. • No smoking of any kind allowed in the house or yard. Non-smoker renters strongly preferred. • Parking in driveway for 2-3 cars including an EV charger for your electric vehicle! • Keyless house access with smart lock. Host will greet you upon arrival to help orient and answer any questions. • You will have the entire house to yourself during your stay. Note though, that this is our primary residence otherwise and some minor personal possessions will remain in the house (e.g., items in bathroom cabinet or side table drawers). However, bedroom dressers and closets will be clear for your use, and fridge and freezer will be empty aside from some condiments, which you’re welcome to use! • Accessibility: If someone in your party needs accessibility accommodations, please let us know so we can discuss what is possible. There is a stair lift from the first to second floor. • Coffee, tea, and a welcome basket of home-baked breakfast muffins is included.
