This is a full-house rental consisting of two individual units—perfect for families or groups traveling together. This property is set up for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. There is a single main entrance with locked interior doors for each unit. This is ideal for groups who want time together but also some personal space. The HVAC system is located in the downstairs primary bedroom closet and may produce normal operating sounds. Other things to note You will be booking the whole top and bottom unit of this property. A flight of steps is required to access the upstairs unit while only 2-3 steps are required to access the downstairs unit. Occupancy in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. No Proms/HS graduation groups The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in. All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services.
