The space This is a very large town home with wooden flooring through out. So no worries about children staining a carpet. The apartment is close to all highways, and is at a walking distance to stores; and within driving distance to all major state /national highways. Close to two major malls - Woodbridge mall and Menlo Mall. Also close to a major hospital - Hackensack Meridian JFK university medical center. The spacious open layout living room has a large sofa that has a pull out Full Size bed. The living room also has a work desk and a Powder room All the three bed rooms and two bath rooms are in the second floor. All the bed rooms have TVs installed. This town home is on the second floor, so there are steps to reach them. But the steps are part of the town home and so they are fully insulated from weather conditions. To ensure a comfortable experience for you and our neighboring residents, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following property guidelines: Access & Layout This townhome is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs for entry. Please note there are additional steps inside the unit to access the bedrooms. Noise Considerations The unit features wooden flooring, which may amplify sound. We kindly request that you walk gently and avoid heavy footfalls to minimize noise transmission to the apartment below. A neighboring family has a newborn baby, and disturbances may lead to formal complaints. Please be aware that repeated noise complaints may result in termination of your stay by building management. House Rules Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property, including the parking lot. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parking is limited to standard passenger vehicles (cars and SUVs only). Commercial trucks, trailers, or oversized vehicles are not permitted without prior written authorization. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense. Important Notice Failure to comply with any of the above guidelines may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund for unused nights. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all residents. Parking: Please note that, as the neighborhood is small and intimate, parking is somewhat limited. You are allocated one reserved parking spot for your convenience. For your guests or additional vehicles, complimentary parking is available just across the street. Should you require an extra assigned parking space, we would be happy to assist. Additional spots are available, subject to availability, at $150.00 per month. Kindly note that management requires parking to be arranged on a monthly basis, even if your stay is shorter.
