Kona Coast Resort #11-304 is a meticulously maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has all of the amenities of a resort, yet feels like home! Enjoy the 2 swimming pools (one “family” pool with a children's pool and one quiet spa pool), 2 Jacuzzis, an on-site restaurant, playground, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and a fitness center with an ocean view! The Keauhou Bay Shopping Center is across the street from the condo, and includes a grocery store, award-winning restaurants, movie theater, drug store, fast food, etc. If you’re a golf fan you can play at the adjacent Kona Country Club 18-hole golf course; rated in the top 100 courses by Golf Digest. Nearby Keauhou Bay offers snorkel cruises, manta ray dives, whale watching, fishing trips and much more. Quaint Kailua-Kona Village, five miles north, hosts the world-famous Ironman Triathlon, along with dining, shopping and activities for everyone. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire condo/lanai. Other things to note The condo is only accessible by stairs. The east facing bedroom has an AC unit. The main bedroom has double sliding doors with ocean breeze + fans, but no AC. Expect normal resort sounds…trash trucks, lawn maintenance, etc. While we do everything to keep tropical bugs at bay by providing monthly pest control, these creatures are indigenous to the environment and a few will occasionally make it inside, especially if lights are left on or food is left out. We do not refund or honor cancellations for the appearance of indigenous critters. Please keep all food in the refrigerator, dispose of any food trash in bins, and keep counters clean to help eliminate bugs. Registration Details 87-3015921
