Tucked away in an area with quiet neighbors this serene cottage has a wonderful safe feeling. Close to historic downtown, the Mississippi, parks, the train station and the bridge, this is a great location. Twenty minutes from Nauvoo, this is one of the closest towns to Nauvoo with grocery stores and is just the right distance for the kids to fall asleep. With cobblestone roads and enchanting venues you are sure to fall in love with the Hallmark charm of Fort Madison. The space The master bedroom and the cottages bathroom are on the main floor along with the kitchen, dining nook and living room. The downstairs has an open concept with the second living room and bedroom sharing a space. The laundry room is also in the basement. The upstairs living room couch is also a hid abed and an air mattress is provided for additional sleeping options if needed. Guest access Guests of this property will have access to the entire home with the exception of where the extra supplies are kept.
