The space Welcome to Our Family Home We open our family home to guests during event weekends and the summer months. The home includes a central kitchen, mudroom and powder room with laundry units, a dining room with seating for eight, and a comfortable, light-filled living room with a smart TV and fireplace. The living space looks out to a large backyard with a patio. SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS Upstairs Bedrooms The two main bedrooms are on the second floor, flanking the *only full bathroom* in the house. Both bedrooms feature ductless mini-split units for climate control, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, recessed lighting, and a peek-a-boo sliding door that opens to the floor below. Bedroom 1 The larger bedroom includes a queen memory foam bed, an artist’s desk, and a backyard overlook. Bedroom 2 Located across the hall, this room also includes a queen memory foam bed and a guest-accessible closet. The Only Full Bathroom (Upstairs) Located between the two bedrooms, this full bathroom includes: A sunken tub on one side and a shower on the other A tankless toilet A modern vanity and sink Windows overlooking the backyard Sleepover Den (Basement) Please note: There is no bathroom on this floor. Our recently finished basement is perfect for kid and teen sleepovers. It includes: Three twin memory foam beds One futon Extra bedding and pillows Entertainment and kid-friendly features include a gamer room with LED lighting, gaming chair and monitor, a smart TV, Nintendo Switch, children’s books and toys, and an electronic piano. Sensory-sensitive guests will appreciate the Govee LED smart lights, dim-light windows, recessed lighting, a giant bean bag, and sensory toys. Dining & Living Areas (Main Floor) The main floor features a dining room with seating for eight, a family room with a smart TV and workspace, and sky-high windows with walkout access to a large backyard with cement pavers. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and basic pantry items. Powder Room (Bathroom 2) Located off the mudroom/laundry room, this half bath includes a tankless toilet, modern vanity, and ventilation. Outdoor Space The large, fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing or gathering. It includes: Firepit Grill Outdoor seating, loungers, and lighting Note: The hot tub is not operable during the spring and summer months. It is closed during the off-season. Additional Details Off-street parking for up to three standard-size cars (or two large vehicles) is available on the right side of the driveway. The house shares one wall (with no shared entrances) with the host’s guesthouse, Mt. Williams Retreat. Guests may see others in the driveway, but each space is private, with separate entrances and exclusive outdoor areas. Pets may be considered with prior approval, a pet fee, and deposit. Please note: There is a locked storage room off the mudroom and a locked closet in the upstairs large bedroom that are not accessible during stays. Guest access Guests will have access to the main house, backyard, and parking for three cars in the designated spots. Guests will not have access to a separate and locked room on the first floor off of the mudroom used for storage. Unless booking the Mt Williams Retreat, guests will not have access to the guesthouse and patio.
