A small pet fee applies and will be added during the booking process. Please take a moment to review our house rules regarding pets to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Our yard is fully fenced, but there are a few small natural dips where the ground meets the fence. These have never caused issues, though guests with very small dogs may want to keep a watchful eye—just to be safe. The space remains suitable and pet-friendly for all dog types. 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 Settle in with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We provide a starter supply of laundry and dish detergent, along with a few days’ worth of coffee, sugar, and creamer for the Keurig, to help you get started. For more extended stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies as needed. The air mattress is located in the master closet, and you’ll find extra blankets in the bedroom closets for your convenience. A charcoal grill is available if you’d like to use it. Just bring your own charcoal and grilling gear. Sometimes past guests leave a few supplies behind—feel free to use whatever’s there. 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞 For same-day booking requests and reservations where a guest is checking out that same morning, check-in will be at 4:00 PM instead of the standard 3:00 PM. This gives us the time we need to prepare the space properly. Same-day bookings must be requested in advance — we'll confirm availability as soon as possible.
