Welcome to your home away from home! I share this Craftsman bungalow with a friendly Puggle + cat. The upstairs suite has a large BR and private full bath. It has its own staircase, but please note there’s no door. I don’t go upstairs, but the pets might wander up occasionally for cuddles — so you’ll need to be comfortable with that. Female guest only. Guests are not allowed to host visitors — whether overnight or for entertaining — so please keep that in mind before booking. The space Westwood boasts a vibrant downtown filled with popular foodie spots, lively bars, and even a local brewery—all just a 10-minute walk from the property. You'll also find several grocery options nearby, including Trader Joe's, making everyday errands a breeze. Commuters will appreciate Westwood's train station, offering easy access to New York City with a travel time of approximately 45 minutes to Midtown Manhattan. It's a 3 BR/ 2 Bath home and guests will have the entire upstairs suite with large BR and full bath. The room has its own staircase, but please note there’s no door. I prefer a Female guest only as I don't have locks on doors as they are the original glass door knobs. I work remotely so I'm around during the day but tucked away in the back room so you're free to use common spaces. You'll have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, front porch and backyard. Guest access Guests enjoy their own private bedroom suite with a full bathroom, so you’ve got your own cozy retreat. But feel free to make yourself at home—you're welcome to relax in the living room, cook in the kitchen, dine at the table, hang out in the backyard, or sip your morning coffee on the front porch. During your stay I live in the house so I'm usually close by and I'm always available via text. I work remotely so I'm around during the day but tucked away in the back room so you're free to use common spaces.
