This property is an immaculate 1890 craft Victorian house. The rental is the main part of the house (see second listing for attached in-law apartment). The group will love this quiet neighborhood with a short walk into the village of Shelburne Falls where you can enjoy shops, book stores, restaurants, a ten-pin bowling alley and town living (grocery markets, pharmacy, banks, coffee shop etc.). Shelburne Falls is located to provide access to skiing, cycling, rafting and other activities. The space The house has a private driveway and entry in the front. The first floor consists of the family room and kitchen (open space), dining room and small library. The second floor consist of 3 bedrooms and an office/open room. The full bathroom is located on this floor. There is plenty of floor space for air mattress (provided)or pack-in-play). Enjoy a large back deck and yard with patio and outdoor grill. Nice front porch to enjoy as well. Note: 7 stairs to front door and 12 stairs to second floor Guest access The house is located at 23 Maple st in Shelburne Falls. It’s on the corner of Maple St. and Warren Ave. It has a private driveway and entry in the front. The front door will be unlocked when you arrive. The first floor consists of the family room and kitchen (open space), dining room and small library. The second floor consist of 3 bedrooms and an office/open room. The full bathroom is located on this floor. Enjoy a large back deck and yard with patio and outdoor grill. Nice front porch to enjoy as well. There is an attached in-law apartment with its own driveway/entrance which may be occupied during your stay. Other things to note There is no smoking on the property. Pets if approved by the host There is storage in the garage for ski equipment, bikes etc. Short stay guests do not have access to washer and dryer. There is a laundromat in town. Note: there is an in-law apartment access off the dining room: DO NOT ENTER.
