The space This house was built in 1950. It has recently gone through a top-to-bottom renovation but keeping the house's characteristic was key during the renovation. Key Information on the space - 2 Queen Bed - 1 Bath - Fully stocked kitchen with cooking basics - Microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and other appliances - Free Washer / Dryer within the unit -The property backs up to the on and off-ramps of Interstate 235, which creates easy access to get around the greater DSM metro rather quickly! Other things to note The space is 1 of 3 fully furnished apartments in the building. Each apartment has a separate and secure entrance. All apartments within the building have access to the shared game room. This property is centrally located within the greater Des Moines metro. It is only a few minutes to downtown Des Moines or only a few minutes to West Des Moines. The house does back up to Interstate 235 on-ramps. At times outside may be noisy but never a complaint inside. Guest access The entrance to your unit is located on the far east and south side of the property. You will drive up the long driveway and park in one of the two designated spots on the cement pad. From there, walk to the back of the property to access your unit using the smart lock code provided. To use the shared game room, you will need to exit your unit and enter the property through the main entrance, which is located on the north side of the building in the center. Both units have access to the game room. This particular guest suite has its own separate private entrance and its own fenced-in yard. Other things to note The property manager lives in the 3rd unit. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer for ease and convenience for each guest. The house backs up to Interstate 235 on-ramps. At times outside may be noisy but never a complaint inside.
