This sleek, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers modern comfort and style in a prime location, nestled within the iconic and historic Flatiron Building. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend retreat or an extended stay, this cozy 319 sq ft space is an ideal base for exploring all that North Adams has to offer and its surrounding beauty. The space North Adams Nook is located in the Flatiron Building nestled between North Church Street and Eagle Street. Our one bedroom condo is on the first floor and only one step up from the street. For security purposes, entering the main door of the building requires a key and auto locks once closed. Not far from our condo is permit parking; we highly recommended opting to have it in order to avoid fueling metered parking with quarters. Guest access Take one step up into the 1st floor of the Flatiron building and you will be steps away from where our unit located. You can use all of the apartment while you are staying with us. Other things to note There is a permit parking lot close by (approximately 1.5 blocks away) that is $20 for every 3 nights booked. If you would like to utilize permit parking, we will book that for you and request the additional fee to secure parking. If you are visiting for special events in the area, the parking fees increase and we will also request the adjusted fee for this. Alternatively, there is metered parking along North Church Street that is fueled by quarters. These spots are metered from 8am-6pm but not on Sundays or holidays.
