This cozy two-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with a private access is midway between Salem and Marblehead. This place comes with a large deck with views on Salem harbor. It’s a walking distance to Salem downtown (1 mile), historical Salem and Salem University. One car parking on site. No smoking and no drugs on the premises make it a safe and a healthy place for families and children. The apartment is cozy, neat and well maintained. It contains a smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. It features a beautiful deck and a full kitchen that includes all items you will need. It also includes a tea, coffee maker, bred and oven toaster . A very nice dining area that is perfect for congregating family and friends, eating meals and hanging out. Hardwood floor throughout the house The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The 2nd Bedroom is furnished with a full bed, computer desk and chair. The common space is furnished with a sofa. The flat panel TV in the living room is connected to the internet. We offer Netflix and Amazon prime.For your convenience, we provide an iron, ironing board and a blow dryer. We also provide extra blankets and pillows when needed. We live in the premises and we can help with what ever is reasonable to make sour stay enjoyable The access is in the back of the house. It's a private access to the apartment. We live in the first floor. anything we can do with reasons to make your stay enjoyable therefore we will do it. All what we are asking our honorable guests is to respect our property , our privacy and our beautiful neighborhood. Very safe neighborhood and very quiet. We are looking for our honorable guests to respect the peaceful and respectful environment. If you love jogging or hiking, we have the Marblehaed Trail just behind our house. To go downtown Salem, you can use uber or walk ( 1 mile) To go downtown Boston, you can either use the commuter Rail or the ferry. Summer time, I will suggest the ferry. Please read the house rules. No smoking and no drugs in the premises including the balcony, yard. No smoking period. No disturbances during the night. This is not a hotel in a commercial area. This is a house in residential area, therefore it’s quieter and safer. If you want a hotel feel, therefore this place is not for you.
