Rental agreement is emailed once booking is confirmed. ***There is NO Smoking of Marijuana on premises. The space We have completely renovated four bedroom apartment from floor to ceiling. It includes two custom bathroom with European shower. We have installed all hardwood cabinets, granite counter-top, stainless steep appliances, dining table with six chairs, outdoor deck and central air condition and heat. Guest access Guest will have all access to the second floor of the building. Other things to note Check in age is 21 yrs or older. From April 15th -June 30th any guest under 21 yrs old not related to primary guest must fill out Parent Consent Form for Unrelated Minor. Please contact host to request the form. This form must be filled out by the parent and also signed by the primary guest * NO PETS! * NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT! Smoking allowed outside of the apartment. * NO Underage drinking allowed! * All personal belongings of guest including jewelry are guests' responsibility. Management is NOT responsible for missing, lost, damaged or stolen articles. * NO full/part refund after check-in or early check-out. * Guest must wash all dishes, pots and pans after using it. * Guest must take out the trash to designated space. * Only authorized guests allowed on premises. * Visitors are NOT allowed at any times. * NO abusive words, violence or harassment. * NO loud music or noise after 10PM. Quite Hours 10PM-10AM. * Excessive trash left will be charged minimum $150. * Guest has right to inspect the property upon check in and report any damage or issues. * Any lost keys will be charged $150 for replacement of the locks. * Guest agrees not to suit the owner for any claims or injury. * Guests must wear wristband when required. * Any damage to property must be paid immediately. Guest will be held liable for loss of use until repairs are done. * Violation of these rules will result in eviction without refund. * Guests WiFi may not be use to download illegal or restricted contents.
