Sip your morning coffee on the elegant front porch as cardinals, blue jays, and finches glide through the trees. Every inch of this nature-filled retreat invites you to unwind, reconnect, and savor a truly elevated living experience. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the living room, bedrooms, basement, furnished patio, and backyard—ideal for relaxing, playing, or spending quality time with loved ones. However, access is strictly prohibited to certain areas for safety and privacy reasons. These include the utility rooms in the basement (water heater, electrical, and oil tank rooms) and the backyard chicken coops. If you plan to film a short movie, music video, or any production, please inform the host in advance. All content must be respectful and appropriate—we do not allow our home to appear in any scenes that are inappropriate, offensive, or misleading. 🧺 Laundry & Allergies Our housekeeper uses a standard laundry detergent for all sheets and blankets. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, we recommend bringing your own detergent or dryer sheets to ensure your comfort. For easy use, we’ve placed the laundry detergent in a recycled bottle. There’s a note attached for your reference. 🛁 Toiletries We do not provide bathroom toiletries, as preferences for shampoo, conditioner, and soap vary from guest to guest. Please bring your own travel-size toiletries for a more personalized experience. Since the home has three bathrooms and everyone has different preferences, we do not provide these items. For your convenience, we do provide: Paper towels Bath tissues Hand soap Dishwashing liquid Dishwasher detergent Extra trash bags (located under the kitchen sink) Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! ☕ Coffee & Water We provide a coffee machine along with basic coffee powder, sugar, and 10 bottled waters in the refrigerator for your convenience. 🍳 Kitchen Use Before you start cooking, please take a moment to check all kitchen shelves and cabinets for available utensils, pots, and pans. This will help you plan your meals with ease. 🍽️ Kitchen Tip Some items may be moved or misplaced by previous guests. This will help you locate everything you need and plan accordingly. 🧽 Cleaning Supplies Kitchen cleaner and dishwashing liquid are provided under the sink. We've refilled them for your stay—if you need more, feel free to use what's available there. 🚗 Parking & Garage Guidelines We kindly ask that you do not park inside the garage. We use that space to store outdoor essentials such as activity gear, trash bins and covers, and garden tools. If you’re charging an electric vehicle, you’re welcome to do so outside. Please ensure the garage remains closed after charging. We offer a large driveway and plenty of parking space outside the garage for your convenience. (⚠️ Please do not place the cover while the grill is still hot.) 🪑 Patio Furniture • You’re welcome to use the patio furniture. • To keep it protected from weather damage, please cover the furniture after use, especially if rain is expected. 🕯️ Bug Protection • We’ve provided citronella outdoor candles (on the kitchen counter) — feel free to use them on the patio to keep bugs away. • If you have your own bug spray, you’re welcome to use it for extra protection. • Please be cautious, especially in summer, as bugs and insects can be more active. 🚪 Safety Tips • While you’re outside, keep the patio doors closed to avoid letting insects inside. • When returning indoors, please lock the patio doors for safety.
