Relax by the fire table on the large covered deck. Sleeps 8 comfortably in 3 bedrooms that each have their own full bathroom. Includes a massive garage for your boat, RV or sleds. The Marina is a 2 minute drive and a 10 minute walk down the hill. The space The house is located on top of the hill at the end of a cul de sac directly above the Abayance Bay Marina. It’s a 10 minute drive west of Eureka, about 90 minutes drive south to the Kalispell Airport, and about 4 hours drive from Calgary. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a portable air conditioner to keep you cool while sleeping. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, the kids bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed set, and the other bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The well-appointed living room spills out into the beautiful southwest facing timber framed covered deck that has a 180 degree view of Lake Koocanusa. The deck has a propane BBQ and fire table. The layout is ideal for two families with kids. The garage area is massive. The enclosed garage is 45' long x 16' wide which can fit a truck and small car inside. There are two outdoor covered parking areas (sides are open) with the large one being 45' x 15' and the smaller one being 21' x 14'. The driveway can easily park an additional 4 cars or trucks. So bring your boat, snowmobile, and other toys as there's lots of room. You can store your RV on site but there is no RV dump or water to connect to your RV. The Rexford area has boating, hiking, golfing, fishing all year around, snowmobiling, and biking. There are vast tracts of US Forest Service land around Lake Koocanusa that can be used by the public so you will never run out of new places to explore. The Abayance Bay Marina has a 180 slip marina located on the 50 mile long Lake Koocanusa that has crystal-clear waters and abundant fish species. It offers a free public swim area, a boat launch, boat slips, and rental boats, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, and water skis/tubes. It also has an excellent restaurant, boat repair shop, and it hosts many concerts throughout the summer. Check out the list of musical performers this summer on the Abayance Bay website. The house has excellent wifi and two smart TV’s for streaming shows/movies through Fire TV. There is a good selection of free shows/movies and Prime Video. For other paid shows/movies, you can use your own streaming subscription. Guest access Guest can use all house amenities.
