Kid friendly – outlet covers throughout, baby gate, single BOB stroller, pack n play, 2 bed rails, night lights, children's dinnerware, board games, toys and books. *Large front porch with safety gate. Outdoor dining table and porch seating. *Living room: Open and spacious great room. Seating for everyone in the family. 55 inch Roku Smart TV. Beautiful gas fireplace. New remote controlled ceiling fan, Board games, books and puzzles for family fun. *Kitchen: Fully stocked incl. stainless steel appliances, 4 burner gas range, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Belgium waffle maker, blender, electric tea kettle. Plenty of dinnerware, drinkware, utensils and cooking/baking ware. Large seafood pot. *Dining: Kitchen Island offers plenty of space for meal prep and bar stool seating for 5,.antique table with 6 chairs but additional leaf and chairs in closet under stairs *Primary Bedroom: Located upstairs cathedral ceiling with queen bed, full bath en-suite, sitting chair and ottoman, rolltop desk/work space, and separate access to 2nd floor front deck. Smart flat-screen TV *2nd bedroom: Located on the same level as the laundry and primary. Has a queen bed, large closet, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, laundry hamper and separate access to 2nd floor front deck. Full bathroom is not attached but right outside of the room. *3rd bedroom: A few steps down from laundry (sits above garage on 2nd floor) king bed with large closet, smart flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and separate access to back balcony. Full bathroom is right across the hall. *4th bedroom: A few steps down from laundry (sits above garage on 2nd floor) twin bed, bookcase with children's books and toys, ceiling fan and separate access to the back balcony. Full bathroom is nearly connected.   *5th bedroom: On the 3rd floor has two twin beds on the right side of the room and 2 futon sofas (pull down into beds) and 2 chairs make a perfect lounging area on the left side of the room, ceiling fan and separate access to the top back deck.  Children's books and toys on the bookcase. Bed linens and towels for personal use not provided by default. We can arrange for them to be provided by request for a small fee comparable with local rentals. *Laundry:  Side by side washer and dryer (unscented detergent), iron and ironing board, drying rack *Garage: Secure storage. Separate full size fridge with freezer and portable grill. *Includes: 4 beach tags, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, bubbles, yard toys. When you come back from a day at the beach there is an enclosed outdoor shower (on-demand hot water) and hose on the side of the garage to rinse off sandy people and items before going inside or upstairs. Guest access Guests have access to the home in its entirety with the exception of the master bedroom closet and guest bath linen closet which will be locked during stays. Bed linens and towels for personal use not provided by default. We can arrange for them to be provided by request for a small fee comparable with local rentals. Beach Tags are required for all beachgoers, ages 12 and older, and are in effect from June 7, 2026 through September 1, 2026. 4 beach tags will be provided/included with rental. Other things to note To preserve the integrity of this rental for all guests, we do not allow senior week, prom, or other underage groups, enforce a smoke-free environment, and do not allow pets of any kind.
