The unit is a top floor location in a two story building with two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is one designated parking spot directly fronting the building , with exterior stairway leading to the front door. The condo unit has a full kitchen and living room with seating for up to four people. There are two bedrooms, each has a floor air-conditioning unit and a queen sized bed. There is one full bathroom in the condo with a bathtub and shower. You will have access to the condo complex swimming pool directly across the parking lot during your stay. There is also a conveniently located shared laundry room with coin operated machines for your use during your stay. Good location to base your east Hawaii adventures at reasonable price! NOTE on AC: there are two floor units for cooling down the bedrooms. These will not make the entire condo icy cold. Our temperate weather is generally comfortable without full AC.
