You will be close to everything when you stay at our newly renovated home with amenities to make your vacation easy. We are right at the Somers Point bike path/Fehrle field. Walking distance to Somers Point Beach (also the venue for free summer concerts), local bars, restaurants, and Bayfest. Just minutes by car from Ocean City, Longport, and Margate beaches, Storybook Land, and Lucy the Elephant. Limited Ocean City beach tags are provided but must be left at the property upon checkout. The space Our home has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, eat-in kitchen, large laundry room, enclosed porch, as well as an open patio at the front of the house. If visiting with small children please consider bringing safety outlet covers as we have standard outlets without childproof covers. Guest access Full house rental. No shared spaces. Other things to note OCEAN CITY BEACH TAG REMINDER Beach tags are provided for your convenience during your stay and are required to be returned prior to checkout. If beach tags are not returned upon checkout Air BNB will be notified, and a surcharge will be added to payment method to hire a runner to purchase new beach tags, lanyard and waterproof pouch and return to the house so that the next guest has access to this amenity. Beach tags alone are $140 plus the cost of the lanyards and runner service. Thank you for your understanding.
