NYC retreat 10 - Tranquil room escape

Welcome to your cozy and convenient home away from home! This stylish house is just minutes away from Newark airport and NYC. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, you’ll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It has all you need like free wifi, smart tv, desk, comfy bed and equipped kitchen. Excellent and safe location with easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and more. Free street parking! Room on 4th Floor. NO elevators. The space "You will have access to a private room space, reserved exclusively for your use to ensure your comfort and privacy. Your room is located on the 4th floor. No elevators. Your private room has central heating but a window AC. Shared Spaces Kitchen The kitchen is shared among all guests and is available for cooking until 10:00 PM. This policy ensures quiet hours are respected, as some guests may be resting after that time. Make assure to label your food as it's shared house, so we are not responsible for stolen food. Bathroom The bathroom is shared and cleaned by housekeeping twice a week. Between cleanings, we kindly request that guests maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Toilet paper and shower gel are provided. Please note that only toilet paper should be flushed to avoid plumbing issues. " Guest access The guest has full access to the room but not allowed to smoking inside the house or room or in the neighbourhood. Guest needs to respect their fellow guests and follow the house rules. If you needs to report any guest please make assure to copy his bed number and take a video proof or pic of violation. During your stay We prefer the conversation going through the Airbnb chat. We are available 24/7 for any assistance. Other things to note "1- No Kids We have private rooms so we do not allow kids there to maintain the quiet atmosphere in the house. The violation of these rules will be dealing consequences with Airbnb. 2-No Parties We do not allow parties in our house. 3-No smoking Please refrain from smoking from inside and outside of the house. A violation fee of $250 will be applied. If you watch someone smoking in the house, please take a video or pic and sent that to us. 4-No Pets We do not allow pets in our house. A violation fee of $250 will be charge for unauthorized pet. 5-Quiet Hours We request all the guests to respect the quiet hours 10pm- 07.00am. Lower the TV volume Lower your voice on call No cooking in the kitchen as the smoking trigger the Smoke alarm No Slamming on the door 6-Parking There are certain parking rules in this area. You can only park on the street. Make sure not to block driveways to houses or park in areas where there are hydrants, which are marked with a yellow line. You cannot park in front of any garage entrance, private spaces or inside a garage. It’s important to read the signs on the sidewalk where you’re parking. On cleaning days, you must move your car at the designated times. So after parking, carefully check the signs. **No designated parking spot available. Street parking only! 7-Some issue in the night. Please do not open the door for anyone, if a guest is saying that he has reservation and mobile is off, ask him full name, last four digits of mobile and send those to us, we will try to help from our side. 8-Extra cleaning Please note that we provide cleaning per stay. If you need to clean the room again or extra towels, there will be a nominal fee for that. 09-Report Any cleaning or damage issue must have report within 3 hours of check-in time, otherwise we are not responsible for any refund or solution. 10-Early check-in and Late check out We are very strict with early check in and late check out as it disturb upcoming guest reservations and cleaning schedule. Check in time is 03.00pm and exception can be made with the collaboration fo the team. We don't offer a late check-out. But you can extend the stay with us in the chat. Violation of the late check-out occurs a fee of next day reservation. We will involve Airbnb authorities to help us with that. 12- Please note that you have booked a room, for the share spaces guests needs to maintain the cleaning. Housekeeping clean the bathroom weekly only. 13- Please note that it's a shared house, something's are not in our control, if you have any conflict with the guest or any issue related with another guest in the house, please report us with a valid proof, your identity will keep safe and action will be taken accordingly. No refund will be offered in those circumstances. 14- Refunds: weather and route conditions, acts of nature, evidence of pets, insect sightings, outages in utilities (water, electricity) or internet do not qualify for refunds. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, paying attention to booked dates, cancellation policy, and Airbnb's terms of service. 15. Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws during their stay. Any evidence of violence, theft, invasion, harassment, drugs, or damage to hosts, guests, neighbours or property will be reported to the police and prosecutor's office.
