Please check the New Jersey transit website or app for the exact schedule from Valley Road & Fenner Avenue. St. Joseph’s Medical center only 1 mile away, a 5min drive away or even walkable. Other area hospitals are within a 10-20min drive. Plenty street parking available if u have 2nd vehicle. Other things to note Must be 23+ to book and the person who booked the reservation must also be staying. Please note that I will not accept any reservation with a check-in or check out date on Christmas Day (12/25/26) The apartment conveniently has a front and a back entrance. Front entrance has no steps. Back entrance has 6 steps. Washer and dryer on premises. For long-term stays (more than 28 nights), I will only accommodate guests that are 23 or older and a max of 3 adults. If you’re interested in this unit but need a shorter stay, please let me know. Starter supplies are provided. Utility bill (PSEG) will be capped at $100 per month. If the bill exceeds that, the guest will need to pay the extra amount. VERY IMPORTANT- Applicable to Smokers/Vapers Only For guests that smoke or vape, there is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed ANYWHERE on the property. This means, not only is it definitely not allowed inside the apartment but also not anywhere on the exterior of the premises which includes, not in the hallway, not the patio area, not by the windows or doorways, not in the front or sides of the property, not by the driveway or parking area. Please be respectful and find an area that is completely off premises to smoke when you need to. Please be aware that there are other guests and/or residents that share the exterior spaces on the premises that do not tolerate secondhand smoke and expect a smoke-free environment. I give you the place with a fresh, nice and smoke-free smell when you arrive.
