Our immaculate home is 2 blocks from the RV Trail and the heart of Jefferson, offering easy access to all the shops and restaurants in the downtown square. This charming space features modern amenities, clean furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can relax in the beautifully furnished enclosed porch, the covered deck, or the tranquil enclosed backyard with the fire pit (wood provided). Jefferson Retreat is your home away from home, perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. The space This spacious home features four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 guests, with eight beds available (including a sofa bed and one air mattress, which can be provided upon request). We price based on guest count to keep fees affordable for small groups. Please use the beds accordingly. The lovely enclosed porch provides an open space for guests to gather in any season, and the beautiful covered deck allows you to enjoy the outdoors (outdoor cushioned furniture is available in the summer and fall months only). You can fire up the fire pit when conditions allow (firewood provided) to unwind in the evening or enjoy the Bell Tower Carillon music two blocks away. Please note that there may be times when the snow covers the fire pit, making it unavailable for use. Guest access Enjoy the whole home (the main floor has three bedrooms and one spacious bedroom upstairs, the 4th bedroom) and the enclosed backyard with a beautiful landscape (work in progress) and expect to see snow on the ground during the winter months. We price based on guest count to keep fees affordable for small groups. Please use the beds accordingly. The Basement and the garage are off-limits to guests. Other things to note You may occasionally hear the Pacific Rail trains pass through the town and whistle. The railroad track is 3/4 mile north of the house. But if you ask the locals, they love it!
