Hawaii taxTMK: This property does not have a front desk, so upon your arrival you can go directly to the unit! All property facilities (pool, bbq’s, beach) are available for your use. Beach towels are provided in the condo! The Sullivan Properties office is located in Kahana in the business building across from the gas station and McDonald’s. We are open 7 days a week and have an emergency line for after hours if needed! Kahana Sunset does have a great beach out front for swimming and other water activities. Napili Plaza is a 5 minute drive from the property where you can find a grocery store, coffee shop and several restaurants. We recommend renting a vehicle while on Maui as there are so many amazing things to see on this island and having a car makes it easy! Parking is included in your fees. This property does not have assigned parking but there should be plenty of available. If you do not wish to rent a car, public transportation is nearby as well.
