Greenwich is a historic building built in 1888 with an apartment displaying an antique decor bedroom, victorian furnished living room, eat in full kitchen, and a full bathroom suite, above an art gallery and antique shop in historic Belvidere NJ. In short walking distance, there are plenty of hiking trails, Boat launch & caneoing. There are a few cafes, a coffee shop, antique shops, and historical courthouse square with a historical homes. No children Under 16. The space This building is a charm in a historical town, that stands out with its Victorian facade. Greenwich features 2 apartments on the second floor that each have 1 bedroom that were recently renovated with wood flooring and new paint. I added extra touches with antique furniture and some vintage and modern decorations that have a classic antique or Victorian flare to help bring back the look and style of the building built over 130 years ago. I want my guests to truly feel like they are brought back to the Victorian era with their stay. I am looking forward to having you check it out and visit! Guest access Through the front entrance of the building you will be provided keys to access the center door which leads to the two apartments. You will have a key that then unlocks the apartment on the left and a closet right outside the apartment for storage. There is private parking in the back of the building as well. Other things to note This is a great location besides the apartments, but also the antique shop and art gallery for old victorian photoshoots for that "go back-in-time" feel for events such as weddings, special engagements, romantic expressions and for movie film. The apartment also has pots and pans, utensils, ceramic plates, mugs and bowls, drinking glasses, bottle & can openers, coffee pot with coffee and sugar packets, Microwave, refrigerator. I will provide complimentary items such as travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, dish soap, lotion, bottled water. If planning on staying for more then a week to a few months; I will provide housekeeping semi weekly to weekly to change sheets and provide fresh towels, blankets and light kitchen and bathroom tidy cleaning. If available, an additional apartment can be made ready for up to 2 additional guests, which has to be set up as of yet with advance notice.
