So, enjoy country relaxation, fun, and great food well staying at Country Cozy Retreat.😀💕 The space When entering the home you will first step into the mud room. The space offers an area to store your shoes, coats, hats, purses, bags, and umbrellas. Then enter the living room and dining room, kitchen area to start relaxing and enjoying the comforts of Home Sweet Home. Then when ready to shower or bath choose between two bathrooms, both provide rainforest showers. When ready for bed you have a chose of three bedrooms. All provide twin beds to provide the comforts of having a bed to yourself or beds can be made into king size beds on request. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to prepare the prefect meals. No worries over dirty clothes because we provide a washer and dryer to keep the laundry up and going. Gather to gather on the back patio to relax, cook, grill, get cozy by the fire pit, and eat at the picnic table. Overall enjoy the simple life of country living with a cozy comfortable stay.💕 Guest access Enjoy the entire home and yard. We have a key lock box and we provide the code on the day of arrival. Other things to note Please let me know ahead a time if you need a pack N Play, bouncer, safety gate, small kid table and chairs, and toddler jumper so I can have that in place before arrival. Twin beds can be converted to king size beds, please request this ahead of your stay if interested in this.💕 Please no smoking in home of any kind. No loud music or parties on the property, this is a quiet neighborhood with neighbors near by. Children at play so please drive slow through neighborhood. Please do not throw away loose trash in All Trash Cans, please bag up all trash. This helps Waste Management do their job with ease and less clean up. Please treat home with the upmost respect, don’t damage, stain, or take from the property. We always thrive to achieve 5 Stars Review with an OverAll Score of 5. So, please if you have any issues please make us aware early on in your stay and not wait until the time of Review to state your issues. If you are aware of a current issue, we respectfully ask that you make alternative arrangements before arrival.
