At this peaceful and centrally-located place, you will be welcomed to a beautiful spotless newly renovated studio. Smart TV, WIFI, small kitchen with coffee/tea station toaster/air fryer, microwave, light cooking dishes&utensils, large refrigerator & freezer, water bottles to welcome, newly renovated bathroom. Warm atmosphere, less than a mile from Coggshall Park, easy 5 minute access to route 2. Easy 5 minute access to Fitchburg University/Leominster. Other things to note Our studio is ideal for at most 2 adults and 1 child. Please note there is only 1 queen bed. There is extra space to arrange if the guest would like to bring a cot/sleeping arrangement for a 3rd guest. Please reach out before booking should you have any questions.
