KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. We are continually making improvements to the yard...hoping to add a firepit soon! Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!! The space There is 1 full size bed in the bedroom you MAY have space to squeeze a pack n play in if needed. The space is cozy so it cannot accommodate more than 2 adults, 1 child. If you need the air mattress for the living room please let us know in advance to ensure linens, etc. are provided for this. The bedroom has a door that closes but the living room does not. The living room also has a door that leads to the outside located in it. THERE ARE STEPS leading onto the porch and deck. **PLEASE NOTE: The lawn maintenance is done on a bi-weekly basis. If you happen to stay on the off week, there quite possibly will be taller Dallisgrass! Guest access Guest have access to the entire cottage. There is a small side deck outside of the living room entry door. Please DO NOT smoke anywhere near the cabin. The presence of any smell related to smoking any substance will result in additional charges. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA FEES WILL BE CHARGED IF EVIDENCE OF A PET IS FOUND. Please DO NOT go into the black barn. And please stay on the cabin side of the privacy fence as to not disturb the neighbors.
