The space This listing is for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement apartment in our home. There is a separate back door entrance, single-space parking in our driveway and a shared porch/entry area with a coffee bar. The basement apartment has a kitchen, dining area, and living room. We live in the upstairs with our children. Guest access The coffee bar and porch area on the first floor are shared with us, but the basement is for your private use. The rest of the upstairs is off-limits. Other things to note Please note that with new construction, the path to the basement apartment at this moment is not hard-scaped and could be muddy/wet/snowy depending on the current weather. We are hoping to update the landscaping this year. Also, please note that the door to the apartment opens directly to the staircase without a platform on the first step. Please use caution when entering the staircase/apartment. The head clearance at the bottom of the stairs is shorter if you are taller than 5’8”.
