This stretch of the South River is home to the endangered Wood Turtle, Bald Eagles, Hawks, Coyotes, and Deer and more! The space This house is an open concept loft style floor plan. The first floor has a full kitchen, living area, dining table, full bath, desk workspace and access to the large deck. The second floor is the bedroom with a queen sized bed, desk, lounging area, balcony with seating and a spectacular view of the field. The bathroom on the second floor has a soaking tub and Juliet balcony overlooking the deck. There is a queen sized air mattress located in the closet on the second floor with a pump built in for additional guests. This property is on 3 acres of pasture which is free to roam, at the edge of the field through about 20 yard of woods is the South River. Other things to note There is poor cell service in the area so use the WiFi when needed.
