Cozy room in converted attic space with dble bed on 2nd floor, private; sitting room and desk overlooking garden available for guest use. Large garden/patio. Off street parking. SHARED BATHROOM WITH HOST on 1st floor. Kitchen use for meal cooking must have approval prior to booking. Covid Vaccine must be up to date. Double bed that always gets raves for comfort. Love seat in library off guest room good place to hang out. Desk at top of stairs overlooking garden available for guest use. Park in driveway ~ entry is through door down walkway by garage. I like to meet my guests when they check in. I will offer a light breakfast (coffee/tea?), granola; light cooking possible occasionally in kitchen ~ let me know in advance Charge $10 fee per meal cooked. Guest to do own clean up. I am generally around and happy to answer any questions and give directions to area amenities. But I leave guests to their own routines unless they need me. It is a shared kitchen and bath, but we rarely run into each other. The guest rooms on the 2nd floor are very private.
