Condo includes everything you will need (Fully stocked kitchen w/stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). King-size bed, flat-screen T.V., Free Wi-Fi. Granite counters in kitchen & bathroom. Free AC! We've stayed in several other condos in this building and as unbiased as I can be, our unit is the nicest! It has been completely remodeled, professionally managed, and we have personally inspected the unit at least once a year. There is a 24/7 front desk that will check you in, give you keys to the condo, and you can pay for a parking pass if you rented a car. There is a large hot tub and pool for guest use, along with the beach and ocean just a few steps away from the front desk! Expedia has an on-site concierge desk for your entertainment. The Feast of Lele Luau is at 505 Front Street, next door, and you can enjoy the music from the Lanai, or we have dinner at Betty's restaurant and watch the Luau for free! We can send you tips and ideas for your entertainment, or you can wing it. We will help you as much as you like, since we know how it was our first time to the condos! The front desk has the reservation and key cards. See them after 4pm for check in. There is also a concierge in the front lobby. We walk along the beach every morning, spending about 30 minutes relaxing. Then after breakfast it's either relaxing in the sun, or taking a stroll up Front Street, past the world famous Banyan Tree, to shop, eat, enjoy the sites, etc. There are buses that will take you throughout Old Towne Lahaina, and up to Kaanapali and beyond. The cleaning fee is $185.00. The Hawaii State taxes are 14.25% and are INCLUDED in the total we receive. Rooms/Bookings are not guaranteed until funds are paid and rental agreement is signed and returned to owners. The building does not allow Spray On sunscreen anywhere inside or outside of the building. Maui is very tight on what types of sunscreen can be used, but the HOA is taking it to the next level. There are some very good sun screen lotions that we bought on-island after landing.
