Located .75 miles from the public boat launch above the dam, and 1 miles from the boat launch south of the dam, this is the perfect place to stay while enjoying fun on the river. The space This split level home is located 1/2 block from the Mississippi River. Bring the whole family and spread out in this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The upper level includes a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and a sunroom with a partial view of the river. The lower level includes a family room with a bumper pool table, arcade games, and a fireplace. A third bedroom, bathroom and laundry room complete the lower level. A futon and large sectional couch in the family room offer additional sleeping space if needed. There is also a secluded outdoor patio with a BBQ grill and lawn furniture where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Located halfway between the two pubic boat ramps in town, this is the perfect location to get away and spend some time on the river. There is enough yard space to park a boat trailer, so bring your boat and enjoy some time on the water! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, but the garage will have no access. We use that space to store our personal belongings. There is room for two vehicles in the driveway, and there is plenty of street parking if needed.
