On street parking is available as well, first come, first serve. You enter through a covered deck. There is also a small side yard. You are welcomed into a living room with TV. A private bedroom very close to the bathroom with a standup shower stall. Washer and dyer are available in the walk in closet. There is no kitchen and no kitchen sink. There is a bathroom sink. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole space. The main entrance door has a keypad for entry. There is a locked door separating the main house from this unit space. Other things to note There is no kitchen - this is more like a hotel setup with the bonus of being able to do laundry. There are many dining options within walking distance. A mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave are available. I like to suggest a walk or run on the boardwalk that is a couple blocks away near the yacht club that you can see from the house. The sunsets are especially nice from the boardwalk.
