Stay in our beautiful, remodeled townhouse located in the luxurious Kona Surf & Racquet Club, an exclusive gated community on the Kailua-Kona coast line. The townhouse is in a great location being 200yards away from the water & near local amenities;2 miles of top rated snorkel beaches, 15 min drive to downtown Kailua-Kona &10 min walk to the Keauhou Shopping Center. The space The tropical villa has been completely renovated; new floors, appliances and furniture. There are 2 bedrooms and two full baths, perfect for a family of 4. The first floor features the living area, kitchen, a full bathroom and a very comfortable Lanai that looks out onto the green landscape. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one of them featuring a cal-king and the other 2 twins, and full bathroom. Included are the following: -NEW Air Conditioning units in each room! -free wifi -private parking -washer & dryer w. laundry detergent -dishwasher -refrigerator -pots & pans -coffee maker -microwave -oven & stove -utensils, flatware -laundry detergent *also on hand are some beach essentials; boogie board, beach chairs, etc. Guest access Kona Surf & Racquet club is on the sunny side of the island and is centrally located to some of the finest beaches and snorkel spots and is a quick 10 minute drive to Kailua-Kona down town where you can shop and dine. At the resort you have access to the beach club pool as well as the black sand beach. A few blocks away you have Keauhou Shopping Center that has a restaurants, grocery/drug store, and a movie theater. Keauhou Shopping Center also has weekly live entertainment and a Saturday Farmers Market. We ask that our visitors not bring pets. This is a no smoking unit. And we ask that you take your shoes off and leave your worries at the door. *minimum 3 nights stay and 7 nights during Ironman and Christmas.
