Ryan and Maya have been lovingly restoring their 1920 home after moving there in 2020. As life shifted during the pandemic, Ryan began gardening - and as a result, the yard has transformed over the years for guests to enjoy in spring, summer and fall. Living in the Pioneer Valley for decades, Ryan and Maya have many recommendations for local restaurants, recreational activities, and cultural offerings available throughout the area to enjoy year-round. The space Guests have access to the guest apartment located on the second floor of the home. The guest apartment includes the following rooms: - Living room - Kitchen - Full bathroom - Dining room - Bedroom - Mudroom (shared) The property has a large vegetable and flower garden guests are welcome to explore. Please do not pick fruits, vegetables or flowers. Garden produce is available to guests and our community for free at the farm stand in front of the house. You are welcome to take some home with you! A quick drive to the local universities: - Amherst College: 20min - Hampshire College: 13min - Mount Holyoke College: 3min - Smith College: 20min - UMass: 23min Other things to note Please note we have two small dogs, Cooper (dark color) and Freddie (light color). They are both friendly, but will likely bark for your attention. If your paths happen to cross during your stay they would love to say hello.
