Guests will have access to the entire second floor and all outside areas except the first level side deck. Fenced backyard is shared with us (family that lives downstairs) and our friendly old dog. Please let me know if you do not like (or are allergic) to dogs and we can easily keep her separate at all times. I will greet guests if I’m around upon arrival and I’m available to answer questions at anytime via text, phone or in person. I live on the first floor (underneath the rental unit - we have good soundproofing) with my child, partner and friendly rarely-barking dog. We are available but give space and privacy unless tenants are interested in engaging more. This home is in a charming neighborhood with friendly, close-by neighbors. Vacationers, summer folks, and hard-working year-round residents live here. Dead-end road with kids and dogs around, PLEASE drive slowly!! Along with access to our neighborhood beach, there are 3 public beaches close by; Veteran’s with a playground and JFK Memorial. Kalmus, a popular windsurfing beach with a great snack bar. And Keyes beach. There's a small market within walking distance and a variety of grocery stores within 4 miles. Historic Main Street has plenty of great restaurants, shops and artist shanties within walking distance 1-1.5 miles away.
