This beautifully remodeled home is just up the hill from Downtown LeClaire & across the street from the library. Shops, dining, brewery & distillery, museums, & the famous American Pickers store is just minutes away. Whether visiting LeClaire with family, looking for a get-together rental, or just a weekend away this is the place for you *The home shares the same yard as the apartment attached to the house. No one has access to either dwelling both have separate entrances away from each other The space The cozy living room, spacious kitchen, dining room, laundry closet and half bath are all on the first floor. On the second floor you will find 3 rooms 4 beds and 2 full bathrooms one being a Jack & Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and cozy linens. The upstairs closet has an iron, ironing board, highchair and pack'n play. In the kitchen you can find just about everything you could need for cooking. I provide 3-4 days worth of coffee, tea and sugar packets, as well as zip-lock bags, aluminum foil, parchment paper, napkins, olive oil and salt and pepper. Under the sink are basic cleaning supplies, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponges, and a fire extinguisher. On top of the washer and dryer are Tide Oxi Boost pods and Bounce Dryer sheets. Both showers have Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house besides owner's closet, and supplies closet under the stairs. Basement access is from the half-bath. Breaker box is down there but basement is not finish. Other things to note I will try my best to accommodate for early check-in and/or late check out but there will be an additional fee of $25
