The space *owner does not live on the property “The Cottage" - Primary Bedroom has (1) King Bed with en-suite bathroom - shower/tub combo - Secondary Bedroom has (1) Full Bed Full bathroom in hallway with shower. - Living room has a sofa bed - There is an additional futon sofa bed in the BONUS area. *Not a traditional bedroom with a door. Just an extra space with a futon sofa. Whispering Oaks is a private property of 1.5 acres. There are three homes on the property, which are all offered as rentals. The entire property can be rented together or individually depending on your individual needs. Whispering Oaks "The Main House" - sleeps 10 Whispering Oaks "The Cottage" - sleeps 7 Whispering Oaks "The Barn" - sleeps 7 All three have their own private entrances, backyards, courtyards and driveways. "The Cottage" offers 2 bedrooms (bonus area with futon) / 2 bathrooms, living room with wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, bar, office and a gameroom. *please note up to two dogs are allowed with prior owner approval before booking as there are breed restrictions. $35 per pet/per night fee. No other animals are allowed. Guest is solely responsible for their dog at all times. Pets must be house trained and are not allowed on beds or furniture without proper covering. Pets are not allowed to be tied up or left outside in the backyard unattended. Dog blanket is provided for furniture. Guest access Guests will have full use of the house including front courtyard, backyard and outdoor converted garage.
