Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): Full-sized bed, access to Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): Full-sized bed, twin daybed, twin trundle bed, en-suite bathroom, closet. Bedroom 4 (2nd floor): Two full-sized beds, en-suite bathroom, closet. Bedroom 5 (2nd floor): Full-sized bed, closet, access to Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bathrooms: 4.5 bathrooms with modern fixtures and sleek design. Living Areas: The first floor features an open-concept design with multiple seating areas, a cozy living room, and a sun-filled enclosed front porch—perfect for your morning coffee or evening relaxation. Dining & Kitchen: A spacious dining area with seating for 10, adjacent to a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. Extras: High ceilings on the 2nd floor enhance the airy feel. Central heating and cooling with two zones for maximum comfort. Laundry area conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Small driveway for parking and additional paid parking just steps away. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. The detached garage is not available, but you’ll have driveway parking and additional options in a nearby lot. Other things to note Things to Know Before Your Stay – Winter Season In the fall and winter months, Atlantic City can be chilly due to the property’s proximity to the ocean. Extreme cold and snow may occasionally cause issues beyond our control, which might not be resolved immediately. Roads can also be covered with heavy snow, making it difficult to leave the house at times. Please make sure to pack warm clothing to stay comfortable throughout your entire stay. A few things to note about the house: 1) Pets are welcome for an additional pet fee. Please advise before booking your reservation. 2) There are two Smart TVs (one on each floor). Please note that we do not have cable TV. 3) In an effort to combat noise concerns and out of consideration for our neighbors, we have noise sensors installed at the property to monitor noise levels. We do not record audio of any type. This is strictly to ensure that noise does not eclipse a reasonable level, particularly in the evening hours. All we receive is a time-stamped decibel reading. You should have nothing to worry about as long as you're not engaging in excessive partying. 4) Please note that per Atlantic City's rules, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21. 5) The house is located in the heart of Atlantic City, which is a fairly dense urban environment. As such, houses are close together and people regularly travel by foot, particularly this close to the Boardwalk. 6) Please also note that while fully renovated, the home was built over 100 years ago, so it may have some quirks to embrace.
