This very functional and peaceful home is a great base of operations for everything ISU. There are two off-street parking spots in the home's driveway. Guest access Guests are able to access each space of the home with the exception of the garage where storage of lawn care equipment is located. The newly restored basement (completely unfinished) is available for laundry use only. There is no useable living space or bedrooms located in the basement. Other things to note There is additional on-street parking as well in front of the home.
