Suite 1 – Lydia's Loft

This unit is brand new construction for the summer of 2025 featuring a living area with a large projection screen and a fully equipped kitchen with bar and smart TV. The bathroom includes a corner shower and washer/dryer. All sleeping is above in the large open loft with one queen bed, full/twin bunk and twin bed to comfortably sleep up to six. There is plenty of parking space available for at least 1-2 vehicles at the front door or will accommodate space for your boat or trailer if you are planning on any outdoor activities on the river or in the countryside during your stay. Guest access The entrance door has a door code customized just for you. Instructions to connect to the Wi-Fi, operating the TV and all other amenities in the unit are provided in a convenient binder and is full of all other information you need to enjoy your stay in the Guttenberg area.
