One has a king bed. The other two have queen beds.. There is a family room in the basement with an additional queen bed, a full bed, and a very comfortable sectional couch that can sleep up to 3! There is another living upstairs with a sleeper sofa. A single cot is also folded up in the corner of the upstairs living room and can be used if additional sleeping space is needed.
